Growing up in Santa Cruz, California, I naturally gravitated toward Chiropractic as an extension of my passion for sports, exercise and nutrition. My dream was to have a clinic that provided comprehensive care with a mulitdisciplinary approach. Having been a division 1 collegiate athlete,  I understand the need for acute injury management as well as the rehabilitative and wellness aspect of care. My mission is to serve people to achieve optimal health, perform better and obtain excellent recovery after injury. My practice utilizes a integrated system approach that includes structural, biomechanical and neurological functional testing with a comprehensive care plan which provides instruction in lifestyle changes, diet, exercise and wellness. Keeping current with the latest in Chiropractic research and care, I am educated in the application of cold laser therapy, certified in spine and brain traumatology through the Spine Research Institute of San Diego, and certified in state of the art soft tissue techniques such as Active Release Technique and Graston Technique. I am also a certified Brimhall Wellness Practitioner and am currently studying to obtain a diplomate degree in chiropractic neurology.

With over a decade of working with athletes of all levels, from recreational to elite/professional, I have provided on-site care for many professional and world-class events including Ironman Triathalon, AVP Pro Beach Volleyball, the Women's Sports Foundation, the Santa Cruz Derby Girls, and numerous professional cycling teams. In an attempt to stay active, healthy and strong I continue to compete in beach volleyball tournaments, running events and am an avid cyclist and skiier.
