As a chiropractor, I practice what I preach. My family and I get adjusted on a regular basis. We keep healthy with regular excercise and eat fresh whole foods and eat organic when possible.  I am very active with working out and mountain bike riding. I believe strongly in taking care of my family naturally. My children have not received any medication and that includes vaccinations (if this interests you, just ask). I do not like the concept of taking a pill for every symptom that arises. ALL medications have a side effect.

I recieved My Education from Foothill college in Los Altos, CA and then was accepted to Palmer College of Chiropractic West. I have studied nutrition and physical fitness for over 20 years. It is my passion to stay healthy and to offer my knowledge of health, fitness and the amazing capabilities of chiropractic to my patients and prospective patients.
