The servers that host this Website are located in the United States, and any personal details you provide to us will be processed by Althealthconnect.com in the United States.

NIAHC is committed to protecting the privacy and security of the personally identifiable information and personal health information you provide to us and any reports based on such information that is personally identifiable (collectively, "Personal Information"). We want to share with you how we treat Personal Information about you that we receive in connection with this Website.

Information Althealthconnect.com and NIAHC Collects

The National Institute of Alternative Health Care and, any subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other companies under common control with National Institute of Alternative Health Care (collectively, "Affiliates"), may, in the future, share some or all of your Personal Information with these Affiliates, in which case NIAHC will require its Affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy. If NIAHC or its assets are acquired by another company, that company will gain access to the Personal Information collected by NIAHC. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in a court of competent jurisdiction. You agree that NIAHC is entitled to obtain preliminary injunctive relief to the extent allowed by law to enforce any of the terms of these Terms pending a final arbitral decision.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and NIAHC with respect to the subject matter hereof. Neither you nor NIAHC shall be bound by any conditions, definitions, warranties, understandings, or representations with respect to the subject matter hereof other than as expressly provided herein. The section headings contained in these Terms are for reference purposes only and shall not affect in any way the meaning or interpretation of the Terms. No oral explanation or oral information by either party hereto shall alter the meaning or interpretation of the Terms. No modification or amendment to these Terms by you will be effective unless assented to in writing by NIAHC.
