I am looking for a class that preceeds beginners and then allows me to grow into beginners any tips on who has that style of class?

walk/run
I have been very diligent about walking every morning for the past 4-5 years.  I usually go about 5-7  miles at a 15 minute per mile clip.  I have started to incorporate some jogging, but my knees really bother me.  Can stretching or wt. lifting (leg extension) machine help my cause?  I'd like to run about 2 miles.

Exercise
I've been walking regularly before work and it's helping me to have more energy throughout the day.  Is there anyone in the Felton area that would like to walk the Henry Cowell loop on weekdays starting at 6:30 am or 7 am?
