For all you sleep deprevided folks out there. The best why to fall alseep is to learn how to control your breathing and slow down your mind and body yourself. Taking a supplement to go to sleep will only make you dependent on it. Learn how to depend on yourself to get soem well deserved and needed relaxation. I do have a sleep meditation CD and can teach you how to sleep over the phone.
What is a good supplement that I can take to help me sleep. I have trouble falling asleep because my mind is racing and then when I do fall asleep, it is not a deep sleep. Any suggestions? Please?
